Order & Cancellation Policies

  1. Deposit. Each personalized product is custom made. A deposit of 25% is required from the Customer at the time of order placement.

  2. Customers are asked to complete the Yankee Blue custom order form detailing item, quantity, and contact information. The order form should be submitted to the Seller at teresa@yankeebluedesigns.com. The Seller will confirm order form receipt.

  3. Mock-ups. The Seller will provide a mock-up of the custom order for approval from the Customer.

  4. Canceling Orders. These are personalized products; therefore, the Customer has 48 hours after order placement to cancel their order. Cancellations by the Customer will not be accepted by Yankee Blue after that time and the deposit will be forfeited. Notification of cancellation prior to 48 hours of order placement will be issued a refund of the deposit.

  5. Shipping. Orders planned to be shipped to the Customer may be canceled by the Customer up to 48 hours after the order is placed.

  6. Shipping and delivery dates will depend on the size of the order to allow time to customize the items.

  7. Yankee Blue is a Maryland-based company. Orders delivered within the continental U.S. will be shipped within 5 business days of order placement. Orders outside of the continental U.S. or internationally will be shipped between 5-7 days of order placement and delivery time will be dependent upon destination.
